1. Master Services Agreement
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
2. Service Level Commitments
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our managed services. Any scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to minimize disruption to your facility operations.
3. Billing and Flat-Rate Structure
All IT managed services are rendered sequentially on a monthly basis pursuant to the executed statement of work. Our flat-rate pricing is inclusive of all contracted support tiers.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quantum Informatics operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
